COOKING DIRECTIONS:
Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and lightly sauté 1 1/2 pounds of one-inch cubed chicken, tofu, or peeled shrimp. Add sauce and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until cooked through (10 minutes for shrimp). Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or warm naan bread.
Serves 4
QUICK USES: Marinate salmon fillets. Pour over pasta. Blend with yogurt for a cool dip.
